With each completed vehicle we give our customers a performance survey card that we ask them to fill out and mail back to us. This survey asks a few questions about the work performed to the vehicle and gives our customers a chance to make any additional comments about the workmanship. These questions consist of Repair Quality, Repair Time, Vehicle Cleanliness, Knowledgeable staff, and Shop Recommendations. Our rating scale is 1 being poor and 5 being excellent.
